I loved coming here for a facial, the staff are very experienced and compassionate. It leaves you reassured and relaxed. I was really surprised to see the products were boots own brand and the same tub of £2 aqueous cream I have in my shower, I would love to see more luxury products being used here not just the ones we have in our bathrooms. I could see most products were good quality. Unfortunately this time my face has been left very sore, dry and red from the pore cleansing tool! But last time was fine. Probably value for money in terms of time but not for products and relaxation this time!
