Love this salon, all the therapist are so friendly, Iv had my eye brows tinted and waxed had a pedicure and loved both!

The lady who runs this shop is just rude. I arrived 10mins late for my appointment, due to personal circumstances and the postcode sending me to the wrong location. When I arrived therapist started on my treatment without a problem and then the manager came out and I was told I was 20 mins late and had to choose between either a manicure or pedicure, even though I had already paid in advance. I said if I had to choose then I wanted a refund for the treatment I did not receive, I was told this would not be possible. The manager then walked off part conversation and told another staff member to help out to speed things up. Not a great first impression, shame as the treatment was good however I found the staff rude and unwelcoming, safe to say I will definitely not be returning for another treatment.

Booked a gel mani & pedi. Experience was lovely, however I found my gel polish lifting from the nail within 48 hours. They had all peeled off within the week. Unfortunately I was abroad so couldn’t return for them to rectify the problem. However the staff and the salon are lovely!
