My mistake that I didn’t check the treatment type. I thought it’s gonna be hot wax but my bad I didn’t check. Was left with quite a couple hairs. I normally get checked with tweezers (other salon). Beautician was lovely.

I had to reschedule my booking last minute because of a family emergency. Bronze beauty staff happily accommodated this and were very flexible when i rebooked, thank you. This is a very nice salon and my masseuse did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend.
The girl was lovey person however when I got home I discovered a huge bruise sadly on my side. The girl did say there was one I didn’t know at the time it was huge. Another disappointment was that for a Hollywood I had to go home abs shave still parts. The Hollywood was not complete. I found patches of hair still on my skin. The salon was clean the girl was professional and she did cater for pain intolerance. They’re clearly inexperienced or didn’t know how to wax properly and check for schoolboy errors. I would also recommend changing the wax to a professional one.
