Following on from my first review I have received a call from Just Beauty and was very happy to hear that Dharmista was keen to understand if any concerns with the treatment and service and how to best rectify. I am very happy to receive this call as it shows great customer service and putting customers interest first. Lovely therapist, puts you at ease right away. The facial was especially good. The only slight thing was a bit of a scratchy fingernail, but my skin is especially sensitive.
