When arriving at the venue, I had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes as the door was locked. Then they double booked and even after taking my payment already then asking if I am sure I booked even though I had on treatwell. This then delayed everything by 15 minutes.
The massage itself wasn't a deep tissue but a classic thai massage and they also injured my right shoulder and neck that I had to then get treatment for afterward (2 days later) and by which I am still injured due to this service
