Bed was not cleaned before the massage; there were questionable hairs left on it from a previous customer! The therapist left the room twice to go & see to customers who had come into the salon.

This is the best massage I have received, the staff are very friendly and I have never felt so invigorated before after a massage and this made me feel fantastic. She managed to get out all my knots and the pressure was very good not to hard and not too soft.
