Massages were great all three of us enjoyed them, however do not use the online booking as it doesn’t work. When we got there our bookings couldn’t be found and we then had to wait an hour for a later time slot.

Very disappointed as the staff didn’t check their booking system as I booked on the day (claimed their computer was broken) and send me away without a massage and didn’t offer another slot. Poorly managed and lacking customer service skills.

I’ve been many times but today the massage wasn’t great at all. It was like the masseuse was making it up as she went. Nothing was consistent in pressure or technique. Really disappointing.
