Junerain was recommended to me by a close friend who frequently visit Junerain last summer. Due to couple of bad experiences in the past I am very picky on my choice of salons. But I was very impressed by the first impression I got when I entered Junerain. I was welcomed by smartly dressed lady with sweet smile. I was already booked for their relaxing and well being offer. I was checked in and was explained about my choices of treatments and lead to very beautiful designed room. The treatment itself was very enjoyable and relaxing. One thing I hate is therapist talking non stop and not letting their clients rewind. But the therapist was very soft spoken and only spoke when needed or asked to. I already booked more treatments and would certainly recommend Junerain as thankfully my friend did to me.
I recently visited Junerain for pamper package as birthday gift. The staff was wonderful and so welcoming. The staff had complete knowledge of each treatment I was booked for and I was explained about it. The treatment room was lighted with scented candles and music played was very relaxing. Loved every minute and have already booked my return appointment. Would definitely recommend Junerain to my friends.
I was a little worried about booking through Groupon but I had a wonderful time.
I purchased a two person voucher for me and my husband which included a facial, indian head massage, back massage and leg & foot massage. It was total luxury.
We were lucky enough to have the couples room so the treatments were done together. Really lovely room, candlelit with relaxing music.
I really can't fault the salon, treatments or staff. Don't be put off by what others say.....this is a great little salon!
I was given Junerain Groupon voucher to have massage done by a friend. I was sceptical about it as I thought it is one off thing & looking at discount was not expecting a lot. I was taken aback with the welcome I got and was offered a drink while I waited as I went early to see how the saloon was. I have been in best saloon in London. But had worst & the best services from all over the places but I was really impressed by Junerain. The amber & less lighted rooms were oozing with serenity. I was taken to my room by smartly dressed therapist. The room was very relaxing and she explained me about the massage I was about have. I enjoyed it thoroughly and booked further appointment there & then. From that day on I am regularly visiting Junerain. I have done number of treatments from Caci, dermafiller, micro dermabaration, massages. Trust me I was given the best service and whenever I am there I have spoken causally to other ladies visiting Junerain and they also share the same bond with Junerain. We are catered professionally as per our requirements and not like some saloons as guinea pigs. I always had something new to experience every time I am there. I have been given number of discounts as I recommended most of my friends & family & they are also regular clients of Junerain & can vouch for what I am writing. And I will keep recommending Junerain.
i went and had some treatments here, the therapist was lovely and the best massage and facial ive had !! the salon does need a new lick of paint,as it does look a bit dark. i did struggle to find the salon but when i phoned the staff was helpful.
