Don't want to offend anyone, but I must tell that I had few problems. As it's definitely not my first waxing, I can say that the wax was so very hot. The lady only said "yes, sorry it has to be like this". The most strange part was she said I need to pay more if I want to get waxed a region which Hollywood already covers everywhere. I had to pay more on the till after paying full in advance. In the end, I had wax residues all over and my dress was messed up with the lotion and the wax.
