Worst experience of my life. I asked for a trim got 2 and a half inches off that is not a trim. They cut my hair wrong at the sides did not even tell me how bad and wonky they cut my hair until somebody took a picture of the back of it. I complained to the manager heard nothing back had to keep going in there got a new appointment to fix the damage. Had a free hair treatment that burnt my head and product that dripped into my eye. Said again only miniminal off and another chunk was taken off my hair
