Everything was OK except the tecnic and payments, Nora does wear properly for the service and doesn't apply the FIFU correctly and I am disappointed with the payments because I had to go outside to cash machine to get cashe y and paid commission, because she wouldn't take card.

It’s really awkward to leave this review because the lady was lovely to me but I am really not impressed with the outcome.
I asked for and paid for BALAYAGE instead I get highlights and not even the right colour I requested!
They are misleading customers by labelling highlights as balayage, why do this if you can’t do it properly? Is it because you can charge more for balayage?
On top of this, I was asked to pay £30 more because of the length of my hair. AVOID FOR BALAYAGE GUYS!

I had a hamam booked with fatima, she was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was really nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I can not praise fatima enough she is a gem and would highly recommend her and the hamam experience. Thank you fatima
