The ladies at the salon are very friendly, my appointment started on time and the lady doing my hair gave me a great colour and cut. She communicated well and understood what I wanted. I asked her to do my eyebrows as well whilst I was waiting which she was happy to do. She was pleasant friendly and I really liked my haircut and finish. They also offered me a hot drink which was nice.

The room was cold, I felt the massage was rushed
Did not feel like a deep tissue massage at all.
The therapist was nice but I did not feel like I had amazing massage.
