Lovely welcome upon arrival. Very friendly atmosphere, I told Maha how relaxed I felt. Refreshments were offered. Loved my finished hair. Overall I had very nice experience from start to finish.

Had a balayage and hair cut done by the senior stylists. Super impressed with the way it came out and the spa itself. I felt super relaxed and staff gave excellent customer service :) super happy with everything and will definitely be back! :)

I had a brilliant experience at Jumairah Spa yesterday. I have gone for the £90 Spa treatment and trust me its worth every penny. The girls know exactly what they are doing as they are all qualified to the level. Customer service is remarkable. Will definitely go there again and its highly recommended!!
