They were absolutely amazing and supportive. They were very friendly towards me. I use a wheelchair and they were nothing but excepting and supportive. They gave me towels for my back and constantly helped me get across the salon when necessary. They also showed me nothing but respect and even gave me food when I mentioned being hungry.

I had a bespoke facial with Nora and it was great. She is quite knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to explain each step of the facial and the benefits. She gave advice about my skincare and products that would be helpful for my skin. Not to mention her friendly but also professional demeanour! I call her the GOAF (Greatest of all Facials) 😁
