I was charged twice as much for ammonia free colour to do my roots. I appreciate it’s probably more expensive but not twice as much as normal colour! This expensive ammonia free colour had a very strong smell of ammonia. Very disappointed. The main reason I agreed to pay extra was because I struggle with the strong smell of ammonia in normal colour. The staff refill branded containers with cheap products which I personally witnessed. I find it highly unprofessional and dishonest.
