I went in for a root retouch. My appointment was booked for 3:00pm, but the stylist called to ask if I could come 45 minutes later, which I agreed to. She applied the colour and then left me on my own while she went to the back, but overall the service was fine. I also had a haircut done in addition to the service I purchased and paid £35 extra. I’m happy with the result and will come back.

Great friendly. Very quick when applying the dye on my hair making sure it was applied thoroughly all over. Offered beverage which was bonus too. Prices through treatwell app are reasonable. My second time and will be going back again. I actually thought they were part of the Jumeirah chain in the UAE 🤣🤦🏽♀️ I was wrong 😬
