Prying my nails off with clippers and a nail tip without filing or soaking was a pretty bad experience especially when I made clear to the nail tech it was hurting me. The manager then came over to me and said I would need to pay extra for shellac and "removing" my nails. To to it off, two of the nails bubbled and chipped on day one.
