Not my first time at Julies. I usually have great service here. I had paid for a pedicure and a 10 minute shoulder massage. I waited a long time for the massage, which was ok and not 10 minutes. The lady used nail cuticle oil on my shoulders...Strange but i appreciate they still did it anyway.
