Went in to have my acrylic nails removed. The appointment was meant to take 20 minutes and I ended up being there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I sat there with my hands soaking in acetone for 1 hour, about four other customers came in and were prioritised over me. My fingers started to sting from being in the acetone for that long and my started to change colour. It was only when I requested I have my nails finished that someone came over and completed. Very disappointed.
