In spite of having made an appointment online and politely letting them know as soon as I walked in, I had to wait longer for my manicure than two other walk-ins. My manicurist was not very nice to me - the color I wanted was old and there wasn't enough of it in the bottle, & she was impatient as I chose a new one. She also didn't do a good job with my cuticles. I paid up-front but at the end I was asked if I had paid as I was leaving. Thank u, next

Rooms are very cold and electric heaters were turned on once you enter a room therefore immediately you are uncomfortable getting undressed for the treatment in a cold environment. The scrub was basic salt scrub, but there aren’t showers and it’s wiped off aggressively with damp towel which hurts (and you get even colder in the cold room). Massage was given while therapist was sitting down, and most certainly not a professional massage. I would not recommend this place for spa like treatments
