I felt like my manicurist was in a rush to leave - I had no massage, exfoliation or much cuticle care at all. The length was not discussed and the first hand were filed way too short, with an old emery board, filing way too hard! and buffed with something that had definitely been used before.

Pre booked and paid on treatwell after having a good experience last Christmas. Once treatment was completed they told me the treatment I’d had was different to what I’d paid for and I needed to pay the difference or have my nails taken off. They quickly became rude and aggressive. Eventually said I could leave without paying the difference but not before making me cry. Several people came in during my treatment and questioned the price and were met with rude replies. Won’t be returning again.
