the nails were done well but the colour was smeared while applying top coat because they weren’t dry yet. my cuticles and nails were not cut beforehand meaning the nails grew out much faster.

Went for a BIAB manicure. My nails had BIAB on top, long and strong. After the treatment the shape of my nails is terrible and they chipped the second day. The color started ruining after 5 days. I paid 60£.

This is the most disgusting nail place ever. I was treated like worthless piece of faeces. Staff rude and gave my friend acrylic when she paid for sns dipping powder and refused to change it when it was her mistake and asked her to pay an extra £15. The staff was pressuring me to pay extra for something I didn’t want, came out with smudged nails.
