My nail technician had no knowledge of the treatment I had booked. Please do not provide services that your staff are clearly not trained in. The customer service was not good. I will not be returning

I had a booking at 6:30, she was clearly unhappy about having to stay behind. She shouldn't have accepted to do my nails if she was going to do a half hearted job.The design was simple but done poorly, i had to remove it. Very disappointed.
