Can always get an appointment even though they are busy, technicians are quick, efficient and polite.
Plus they have a loyalty card which is nice.

Such a shame, I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years but since the management has changed it is getting more chaotic than ever. I was on time for my appointment but was 25 minutes late starting with no apology. They then kept accepting every walk-in through the door so I ended up being there for almost 1.5hrs for gel colour change hand/feet as they were busy with other people, which wouldn’t be too bad if the actual manicure wasn’t rushed in 15 mins. The new manager is RUDE. Standards are dropping, you have some very loyal customers which you are at risk of losing!
