I have been coming to this salon for a year however since the management has changed I’ve been twice now and would not go again. Unpleasant atmosphere, rude staff and manager who seems very unprofessional.

My appointment was booked for 6pm, yet my appointment didn't start until 6.30pm with no apology or explanation offered. Treatment was meant to be 45 minutes long but was completed in 17 minutes.
