Nails done good enough, although not happy with not acceptance of card payments, should have been informed about it before the visit, as I needed to run to the closest cash mashine and withdraw money and messed my nails in the meantime as they were not dried completely:(

It was ok but didn’t receive the foot massage that is suppose to be included so had to point it out which isn’t ideal... I also couldn’t use my loyalty card as I booked it on treatwell...

staff did not expect me (although I had booked an appointment) so had switched off wax, had to wait 15 minutes, quite unfriendly initially and made me feel unwelcome though atmosphere improved after a bit. Not sure I would return!
