I booked three treatments between myself and cousin as first time visitors to this nail salon. We both had a surprisingly poor experience and the only satisfactory thing to come out of it is that my pedicure polish looks decent but there was no effort towards the grooming and they failed to do my acrylic removal properly on my hands. I literally couldn’t be bothered to say anything because I couldn’t wait to leave. The staff were shuffling around like ants from the moment we arrived to the point where the person doing a simple Shellac manicure for my cousin changed three times! The woman doing my pedicure was shockingly rude. Instead of asking or gently prompting me, she was tapping my feet roughly every time she wanted me to move them whilst having a full blown conversation with the woman doing my hands (may I add, this was in a foreign language). They were so loud between them that she could not hear me asking her to turn the hot water tap off as it was beginning to burn my feet. No communication, no manners, no organisation, poor hygiene, I could literally go on. In this day and age it is not difficult to provide even the basics of customer care so for me totally unacceptable and utterly ridiculous. With all the decent, well presented nail bars in London, you could not pay me to return!
