The venue is a nail salon that was very crowded when I went there after work. The waxing takes places up several flights of stairs in a separate room. There was no receptionist to explain this. The waxer herself was really good and made me feel comfortable and did a good job, the only thing was that she didn't take my make up off before waxing, but other than that the treatment was fine. After the treatment no one seemed to be aware that I had already pre-paid through Treatwell.
