Extremely unpleasant. The staff was rude since the beginning when I merely asked an estimate waiting time and they harshly said “have a seat please and wait”. I then asked again just if there was any delay as I booked at specific time due to an appointment I would have later . They said again very harshly to wait. With no kind of manner . I had come here another time trough Treatwell and had exactly the same bad experience in terms of staff, but wanted to think it was a bad day (should not happen anyway ) and to give another chance . I will not get back anymore and not recommend to anyone . The most rude beautician I have ever been .

A busy Saturday appointment, I was worried I would overrun but I got my shellac pedi removed and redone within an hour. They’ve got loads of colours to choose from and a great range of glitter gels. Would definitely go back!
