This was my first time getting a wax. Juliana was really nice and friendly. I can't say it didn't hurt, some parts more than others but I think a big idea comes from your mind. I have been shaving for a while so there were some small hairs she couldn't catch but overall I am pleased with the result. My main problem was that I got a massive bruise on my knee from the waxing. I'm not sure what happened but the whole reason I decided to wax was because I'm going on holidays this week so hving that on my knee is not really pleasing. However, I will be back in a few weeks for my next treatment.
