Removal policy
We don’t use electric drills/e-files for removal and instead use traditional hand filing and soaking methods. We don’t offer removal of acrylic or hard-gel enhancements. BIAB removal is conditional, as manual filing can take too long without an e-file; only thin BIAB can be removed. Please also include that soak-off removal service for products that were not originally applied by us.
