Generally a pretty terrible experience, wouldn’t go back. A real life case of get what you pay for. I arrived to a silent salon with the two hairdressers working on two separate customers and two other customers waiting. I got the quietest hello from one hairdresser but no one asked me what I was there for/ whether I had an appointment. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked when I was to be seen and it was clear they didn’t checked Treatwell as they had no idea I I’d booked an appointment. They hurried me into a poorly kept room to wash my hair. The water was barely lukewarm and after a while it was freezing cold, although I think something broke as the hairdresser apologised profusely for the icy rinse. The blow drying was so aggressive I had to pause. The combs used ripped out my hair, very little care was taken on my natural hair. The blow dry was lazily done but my hair was dry. The trim was fine although she didn’t ask me about whether it was ok to trim as much as she did (though it was, I would’ve liked some communication). One final pass through my hair with the dryer and then some Moroccan oil. I was in and out in 20 minutes, wash, dry and trim. It was extremely rushed and there was no effort made to make my experience pleasurable, if anything the opposite was true. £5 was taken off the £20 bill, although this was not enough to compensate. 1 star for washing and trimming my hair - that’s it.
