First time getting a wax and facial together, and it was the perfect treat. The facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and clean. The waxing was quick and far less painful than I expected. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Highly recommend this combo

Had to wait for the wax to warm and Mira arrived slightly late. It was done in the shop front with the receptionist and customers watching, which felt uncomfortable. It was the first time I’d had the treatment done sitting up. A bit of wax dripped onto my shirt. Mita was having a bad morning due to the hot weather. I had to pop back in 15 minutes after for her to remove excess wax left in my ear. The next day I noticed a very long hair that was missed which I plucked out myself.
