Awful experience. From the moment I walked in, Mario acted like I was a burden. No greeting, no courtesy, just immediate criticism of my hair in the most unprofessional, condescending tone.
He ignored what I asked for, skipped basic hospitality, and cut off a lot more hair than I asked for. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable the entire time.
Paid in advance, otherwise I would've walked out. Never returning and I’d strongly suggest you don’t either.
