Love the haircut as always and the styling always looks great but gets really frizzy and I lost the waves by the time I was home- very possible due to the very cold weather

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I am satisfied with the haircut itself, however the interaction with the hairdresser made me feel like i was inconvenience and I felt consistently judged on condition of my hair
