I recently had highlights done at this salon, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The colour did not turn out as I had hoped, and I don’t believe the highlights were applied properly. I specifically mentioned that I wanted the highlights to help cover my greys, but most of them were left visible, which defeats the purpose entirely.
Additionally, I asked for just a trim to remove the dry ends of my hair, but the stylist cut much more than I requested—especially in the front.
