Martin was beyond professional taking the time to ask me questions so that my hair cut would not only be great on the day of, but able to be managed as a new mum. He made sure I was comfortable from my chair to the temperature of the water to beverages. It was a very cold day and even though I had just wanted a hair cut and wash, he said "I won't let you leave with wet hair" and blew my hair out as a courtesy. My cut is great and he makes sure you are happy before you leave.
