When I got home I realised that my hair was not cut evenly, some of the front pieces and also at back. I was also told my hair colour was boring. For London it was a decent price and for a quick trim is fine but definitely not the standard I’ve experienced at other salons.

Not very friendly at all. Didn’t seem like he wanted me there, weird attitude. Cut and style was great but overall felt uncomfortable.

Awful experience. From the moment I walked in, Mario acted like I was a burden. No greeting, no courtesy, just immediate criticism of my hair in the most unprofessional, condescending tone.
He ignored what I asked for, skipped basic hospitality, and cut off a lot more hair than I asked for. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable the entire time.
Paid in advance, otherwise I would've walked out. Never returning and I’d strongly suggest you don’t either.
