I’m honestly shocked by my recent experience. The person who cut my hair was clearly extremely unwell—sniffling constantly, barely able to walk due to pain, and said he has had a very high temperature all well. It was clear they had the flu or something similar. I completely understand that people get sick, but this person should not have been working in close contact with clients in that condition. It was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and frankly concerning for both their wellbeing and mine.
