She’s torn some of the skin which is painful and has scabbed over, and was double-dipping her spatula. This isn’t good hygiene practice, and she didn’t knock or wait for me to finish changing before walking in. The door was closed to the salon so I thought it was closed when I arrived, not answering phone calls and when she arrived she was 10 minutes late. Wouldn’t recommend
