Booked a last minute face wax through treatwell. Placed looked really nice and clean. Sat down to get my treatment, told them I didn't want my upper lip done. Was asked why. Why I chose not to do something is my choice. She then started inspecting my upper lip.The other therapist decided she wanted to inspect my upper lip too! Never felt so uncomfortable in my life! Came home and noticed my sides weren't matching - one side longer than the other! Don't think I'll be returning

I've just moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon and waxist... Needless to say I'm super happy to have found Jour on Treatwell. Chanel was fantastic - extremely professional and clearly very experienced. The salon itself is very cute with lovely decor and most importantly is clean and well kept. Highly recommend this place. I'll be making it my regular salon! :)
