I went for eyebrow threading. The therapist commented on what she thought were bold patches on my eyebrows even though I never noticed them and no one else had ever said anything, and then said that my skin is ‘very dry’ out of nowhere. She even asked if I use a moisturiser. This criticism was absolutely unnecessary and did not come off as advice as I was there to get my eyebrows threaded, not for a dermatologist consultatiob. Bad behaviour with a customer.
