I loved the convenience of booking through treatwell and the fact that I got the service for less. However they put me with a very inexperienced stylist who absolutely butchered my hair. This was the worst hair experience I have ever had in my entire life. I will never book hair through treatwell again. This haircut is the worst ever. I asked for face framing layers and she cut really deep like a shelf of layer. It’s like I have two different hair cuts. I basically have thick side sweep bangs now.
