I had a haircut with Justyna. At least I assume that's who it was; no one ever introduced themselves to me. I have a lot of hair so I attempted to book extra time but when I arrived he seemed put-out saying "well, I guess I will be here until the salon closes." He parted it down the middle for the cut and when I said that is not normally where I part it he said "it won't matter for the cut, just trust me". In the end of course it did matter dramatically as the layering made one side of my head completely lopsided when it was parted to the side as I normally do. I would go back to ask them to fix it, but he cut it shorter than I wanted already and I don't want more length taken off. Very disappointed in the cut and the service. I won't be back.
