Agee who did my wax was lovely, but be prepared for the appointment to run over the allotted time. Could have possibly been more efficient with time keeping. Nice salon and good value.

A friendly welcome, professional service, and thoughtful advice, whether about nail color or hair style. The online appointment system is convenient, and although this popular salon is often quite busy, I never feel I am being rushed through and always feel very pampered and cared for by all the staff.

Recommended. Had a great haircut from Paolo. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and his experience shines through. I did a big change from very long to short hair and am very happy with the result! Initially I mentioned it was a little longer than expected and Paolo kindly offered to cut it shorter at a later date as he wanted to ensure I was happy, but after a couple of days I've realised it's perfect!
