I had an appointment booked for 11am for weeks but was not sat in the chair having my hair cut until 1pm. It was obvious someone was put in front of me. I won't go into the details as this would detract from the fact that Thelma was fabulous, she will be my stylist from now on. I've got short fine hair and I came out delighted with my style, which trust me, doesn't happen often. Despite the long wait, which I hope was a one off, I'd definitely go again .

The braids themselves are nice, but the rest of the experience wasn’t very well organised.
My hairdresser was over an hour late, without an apology, despite being asked to come in earlier than my original appointment time.
The app showed a wash and two braids at £25 but I was asked for £40.. even after showing them the pricing advertised I was still charged £40.
Love my new look! Sharon was amazing and gave some really good advice- I’ll be back again
