Ignore the reviews and book Charlene - she restyled my cut and colour expertly, I looked younger and received many compliments.
I was recommended to Joseph by a friend who has been a client for a few years as I was so upset with the look of my hair. He is fantastic and honestly is the best stylist I have ever been to. His staff are always polite, reliable and happy to help. I really do not understand the negative coments that have been given and the only thing I can think is that the Groupon/KGB clients are looking for something for nothing. Highly recommend!!
I purchased voucher on KGB for cut and conditioning - first of all what excellent value. The member of staff that cut & conditioned my hair was James, he was very polite, chatty and enthusiastic about his job. He told me that for KGB deals they actually have a female member of staff that does all the cuts, however he wasn't busy so did it for me instead. I believe this to be at my benefit, a more experienced member of staff at the same price, he advised me of the best cut and what style would look right with my hair type. I was early but still seen immediately, didn't have to wait around. Very accommodating. I sure other people's experiences were different to mine if they had someone else that wasn't as polite & experienced but I couldn't see any rude or unaccommodating staff. I would have hair done again if with same stylist but I'm not sure I would pay full price - purely just because I don't have that kind of money.
Joseph is the best ever i have been to. I go everytime to get my hair cut done for the last year, he cares about my hair, adds style and advises. Best ever, really don't no about the previous reviews. Not only this but is salon adds warmth and comfort
