I had booked in as I was staying at The Midland for an event that evening and it is attached to the hotel. I only had a wash and blow dry but Diane made me feel amazing. Such a lovely lady and was so easy to talk. I will back if I'm staying at the hotel again. Great price too.

Jacob was a lovely guy with great knowledge and experience. the only hairdresser I've seen that pays attention to the micro details so that was a massive plus for me. will definitely be back again, should I need to re-bleach or tone.
