I have gone to Joseph elliott for a very long time. I am always made to feel welcome and it is a fun occasion. The atmosphere is light hearted and warm. Steve always listens to my requess, is happy to make suggestions and accommodates my wishes. Steve and Dianne make a brilliant team and on the rare occasion Steve is not available, Dianne will step in. They are great stylists. I have difficult hair and I always come out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. I highly recommend them

Everyone was so friendly from the minute I arrived. Jess dressed my hair up exactly as I had described and made sure it was secure enough to stay that way all night for the party I was attending.
