I arrived and was not booked in, they had to squeeze me in and I was lucky that there was a gap, I was in and out in 30 mins, not the 45 it was booked for - or not booked as the case ended up being. I had to show my email to prove I had already paid. Hairdressers were nice and friendly and the blow dry was quite good although my hair was greasy by the next day but once again a disappointing Treatwell experience where the details were not already in the system.
